Polar Peace March 2019

Our streets are all connected.

Chicago's violence epidemic impacts us all.

Support is needed to help young people heal from trauma.

These are the reasons UCAN, St. Pauls United Church of Christ, and our surrounding Chicago neighbors are coming together to #StartTheLove at our 5th annual Polar Peace March!

This year, as a gift to UCAN in their 150th year of service, we are working to raise $150,000. A generous donor has pledged to match ALL donations 2 for 1 which can make this year’s impact the largest it has ever been!

Event Location - St. Pauls United Church of Christ, 2335 N. Orchard, Chicago, IL 60614

Event Schedule - NEW TIME!

10:00 AM - Worship Service
11:15 AM - Peace March Begins (*Mini-March also begins)
12:15 PM - Reception

All registered marchers will be entered into a raffle sponsored by our local Target stores. Register to win one of the following prizes*:

First Prize - $150 Target Gift Card

*Please note that all marchers MUST create individual pages BEFORE creating a team page in order to be entered in our raffle.

The Mini March is an option for families with children ages 7 and under or anyone who would prefer a shorter walk. Activities include a 2-3 block walk, a cheering section with signs for marchers, and a service project crafted just for little ones. No separate registration is required to participate.

All marchers will receive a UCAN hat from Blue Sky Marketing:
UCAN's overall mission is to build strong youth and families through compassionate healing, education and empowerment.
